Cobey is a orchestral composer by night, software engineer by day. Cobey specializes in composition of large soundscapes using orchestral textures ranging from percussion to woodwinds. He has a love for the intricacy of music theory and it shows in his work. More recently, he’s been delving into the world of hip-hop as well with his single Shots in the Dark. Right now he’s working on a complete hip-hop project. Aside from his work with the Abrasive Monologues creative team, he is a member of the Monochrome Motif record label.
Cobey elected to focus on cinematic production and his work with Monochrome Motif at the beginning of 2025. We wish him the best of luck in everything and he’ll always #BeAbrasive
